The 42 day program will help you gain clarity about your current position in life - to start to identify the issues that are holding you back and to think about what changes could be implemented so you can start to move forward.

Resilient Mindset - 56 day Coaching Program (most popular)

Over the 56 day Resilient Mindset Coaching Program, you will begin to recognise positive change and become more aware of the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. This is the most popular of the Resilient Mindset Coaching Programs as it caters to those who feel they are 'generally on track' but who need support and accountability and for those who are not yet prepared to make the bigger investment of the 86 day Resilient Mindset Coaching Program.

Resilient Mindset - 84 day Coaching Program

A bespoke coaching program for those wanting to focus on  transforming 'setback's into 'comeback'. The 84 day Coaching Package is a big investment in you and you can expect tangible results with full participation in the program - there is even a guarantee of positive results!

Develop a greater understanding of what it means to 'be able to move forward despite adversity' and to have a deeper understanding of the six domains or resilience...Vision, Collaboration, Tenacity, Reasoning, Composure and Health. Build steps to become the best version of you with confidential support and accountability over the 84 day program period. As with each of the Resilient Mindset Coaching Packages, there is an overall theme and structure with the Coach providing you with a balance of compassion and challenge

All programs  include the following...

Comprehensive support, accountability and resources including a PR6 Report, access to the DRIVEN Resilience App, weekly (relevant) information sheets, email support (Monday to Friday), bonuses and a complimentary follow up coaching session after the completion of the Program. All programs are confidential, individual and conducted by Dr Rhonda Emonson (Law Res) accredited Resilience Coach with the number of sessions dependent on your Coaching Package.

Access to the DRIVEN Resilience APP

 

With each Resilience Mindset Coaching Program, you will be given access to the Resilience APP for the duration of your program. You will be able to access additional support and complete activities to help build your confidence and keep you 'on track'.

PR6 Assessment and Report

Each participant undertakes the PR6 Assessment which is short and pain free! You will learn valuable insights about how you are functioning across the six domains of resilience including Vision, Collaboration, Tenacity, Reasoning, Composure and Health. We then work together on three areas that you would most benefit from and repeat the assessment at the end of your engagement to see your progress. The coloured Report is yours to keep.
